Based in Christchurch, MDP Construction is a premier building and project management firm. We collect and process personal information to deliver our core services, including Residential Construction, Commercial Fit-outs, Renovations, Minor Dwellings, and Property Investment Projects.

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, property addresses, and project-specific documents (e.g., Certificates of Title or floor plans). For formal contracts, we may also require proof of identity as mandated by New Zealand law.

We collect data through direct interaction (website forms, emails, site visits), authorized third parties (architects, real estate agents), and public records from the Christchurch City Council (CCC).
Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your data. We only share necessary information with essential project partners (sub-trades, engineers, and council inspectors) to ensure the safe and legal delivery of your build. All data is stored in secure, encrypted environments.
Data Retention & Your Rights
Under the New Zealand Building Act, we retain project and financial records for 7 to 10 years to comply with implied warranties. You have the right to access or request the deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal obligations.
