Site Safety & Liability
01. Controlled Access All construction sites managed by MDP Construction are restricted areas. For your safety and to comply with New Zealand Health and Safety regulations, clients, consultants, and visitors are strictly prohibited from entering an active site without prior appointment and a designated MDP staff escort.
02. Safety Compliance When visiting a site, all visitors must:
Complete a site induction if required.
Wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including but not limited to high-visibility vests, hard hats, and closed-toe safety footwear.
Follow all verbal and written instructions provided by the Site Manager or MDP representative.
03. Assumption of Risk & Liability While MDP Construction maintains rigorous safety standards, construction sites are inherently hazardous environments.
Unauthorized Entry: MDP Construction accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred by any individual entering a site without authorization or outside of supervised hours.
Non-Compliance: We reserve the right to remove any individual from the site who fails to comply with safety protocols.
Property Damage: MDP Construction is not responsible for damage to personal vehicles or belongings brought onto or near an active construction site by visitors.
Making a complaint
We value long-term partnerships and strive for transparency. If you have concerns regarding how your data is handled or the service provided:

Investigation: We will review your complaint to ensure correct procedures were followed and aim to provide a formal response within 15 working days.
